If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, all shipping costs, charged to Offside Napoli, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

3. New Shipment: The shipping of the new replacement product is at the customer's expense.
4. Cash on Delivery: The cost of the new shipment (which may vary depending on the destination region) must be paid directly to the courier in cash at the time of delivery of the new package.

Important: Items must be returned in original, unused condition, complete with tags and original packaging. We recommend preparing the exact amount for the courier to facilitate delivery.
