RETURNS

Offside Napoli aims to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned products.

The return request must be made within 72 business hours of delivery of the goods, by sending an e-mail to customerservice@offsidenapoli.com  to obtain authorization.

The return must be made at the Customer's expense and responsibility, and will only be accepted if the garments are intact, unused, and with original tags.

Offside Napoli reserves the right to request images of the products to be returned.
From the return authorization, the Customer must use fast shipping, so that the package arrives at our premises within 14 calendar days (pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code).
Beyond this term, the goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer at their expense.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Offside Napoli, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:

A) All items are delivered with an authenticity tag and seal. The garment should be tried on without removing these tags.
The return will only be accepted if it is completely intact.
Returns with cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.

B) The garments must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

C) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and adequately packaged.

D) All labels, both internal and hanging, must be present and intact.

E) The goods to be returned must arrive at Offside Napoli headquarters within 14 days of return authorization, as provided by art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

F) The Customer who wishes to make a size, color or item change must initiate the return procedure and then place a new order on the Offside Napoli website.

G) Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items with special launch dates and/or Capsule collections or limited editions.

H) Any product defects must be reported within 72 business hours of receiving the order, as provided by art. 130 of the Consumer Code.

I) Returns, exchanges or in-store pickups are available from Monday to Thursday (10:00-17:00) and on Friday (10:00-13:00), upon email authorization to customerservice@offsidenapoli.com .

L) The courier used for the return must be the same courier chosen by Offside Napoli for the shipment of the order.


RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

A) To request authorization for a return or exchange, the Customer must send an email to info@offsidenapoli.com within 72 business hours of receiving the goods, indicating the item codes they wish to return.
Once the request is received, our staff will send a written confirmation with instructions to follow.

B) Shipping costs for returns are at the Customer's expense.

Shipping is the Customer's responsibility: Offside Napoli is not liable for loss, damage or delays due to inadequate packaging or the chosen transport service.
Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in equivalent packaging.

All returns will be inspected by our staff, who will verify compliance with the above conditions.
Offside Napoli reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns or to apply restocking fees if necessary.
Any such amounts will be communicated to the Customer before the refund.

For cash-on-delivery payments, a coupon of equal value will be issued for use on the website, or the refund can be made via bank transfer.

C) Shipping costs and any customs duties are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the final refund, unless otherwise agreed.
If the customer chooses to receive a credit, a discount code will be sent, usable for a new order of equal amount.

D) In case of defective goods or shipping error by Offside Napoli, the Customer must follow the same procedure.
Offside Napoli reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods.
In such cases, the shipping costs of the return will be borne by Offside Napoli, in accordance with art. 130 of the Consumer Code.

E) Swimwear and intimate apparel (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear.
Returns of these items will be refused if the transparent hygiene label has been removed or if they show signs of use.

F) Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.

G) Offside Napoli reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with the specified conditions.

For all aspects not specifically indicated, the European e-commerce regulations and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply.

Product or Size Exchange

Do you want to exchange the item for a different color, size, or model?

  1. Product Return: The shipment of the product back to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.
  2. Verification: Once the package is received, we will check that the product is intact and in its original condition.
  3. New Shipment: The shipment of the new replacement product is at the customer's expense.
  4. Cash on Delivery Payment: The cost of the new shipment (which may vary based on the destination region) must be paid directly to the courier in cash upon delivery of the new package.

Important: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and complete with tags and original packaging. We advise you to have the exact amount ready for the courier to facilitate delivery.


REFUND

If the return procedure has been correctly executed and the goods comply with the requirements described above, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order:

  • Credit/debit card → refund to card

  • PayPal → refund to PayPal account

  • Bank transfer (for cash-on-delivery orders or upon request)

For cash-on-delivery payments, the €5.00 supplement applied at the time of order will not be refunded, as provided by art. 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment, as established by art. 56 of the Consumer Code.
It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on the Customer's account, depending on bank processing times.
