🚚 SHIPPING

Shipments in Italy and abroad are carried out via DHL and SDA express courier.
As required by the laws governing e-commerce, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice showing the value of individual items in Euro (€).
For items on sale or promotion, the invoice will indicate the already discounted amounts.

📦 ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are shipped from Offside Napoli, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Orders placed during the weekend are processed starting from the following Monday.

Orders for items already available are generally shipped within the first working day following order confirmation, subject to verification of actual product availability.
The charge to the credit card or chosen payment method will occur at the time of order confirmation.

In accordance with Art. 61 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Offside Napoli undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of contract conclusion, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Should delays occur due to force majeure (natural events, strikes, restrictions, logistical problems, etc.), the customer will be promptly informed via e-mail.

🚚 DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS AND PACKAGE REFUSAL

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Offside Napoli and undertake to accept package delivery.

In case of delivery refusal or request for return to sender, any shipping costs (round trip) incurred by Offside Napoli will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer, pursuant to Art. 56, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code.

🔒 SHIPPING INSURANCE

All Offside Napoli shipments are free of charge insured against theft and accidental damage during transit.
The insurance remains valid until actual delivery to the recipient or their designated person.

Once the delivery document is signed, responsibility and risk for the goods pass to the customer (Art. 63 of the Consumer Code).

In case of a damaged or tampered package, it is recommended to sign with reservation of inspection, specifying the reason (e.g., "damaged packaging"), or to refuse delivery and immediately notify info@offsidenapoli.com within 48 hours.
