SHIPPING

Offside Napoli ships to Italy and worldwide via DHL and SDA express courier.
All merchandise shipped is carefully packaged.

FREE INSURANCE

All Offside Napoli shipments are covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage until the goods are delivered to the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING

Regularly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days.
Shipments from Offside Napoli depart exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
Orders placed on the weekend will be handled the following Monday.

Shipments can be either DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the destination address.

  • DDP: For EU countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, etc.), VAT is already included in the purchase price.

  • DDU: For non-EU or non-Schengen countries, any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be requested by the courier before delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy (DDP): 1-2 business days from shipment

  • EU Countries (DDP): 2-4 business days

  • Non-EU Countries (DDU): 4-6 business days

Any delays not attributable to Offside Napoli (e.g., customs checks or extraordinary events) do not entail liability on its part.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must carefully inspect the package before signing the receipt document.
If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the customer must:

  • refuse the delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
