Shipments to Italy and abroad are carried out via DHL and SDA. As required by commercial laws, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by Offside Napoli, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases, Offside Napoli reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Offside Napoli and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, all shipping costs, charged to Offside Napoli, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

1. Product Return: The shipping of the product to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.
2. Verification: Once the package is received, we will check that the product is intact and in its original condition.
3. New Shipment: The shipping of the new replacement product is at the customer's expense.
4. Cash on Delivery: The cost of the new shipment (which may vary depending on the destination region) must be paid directly to the courier in cash at the time of delivery of the new package.

Important: Items must be returned in original, unused condition, complete with tags and original packaging. We recommend preparing the exact amount for the courier to facilitate delivery.
